You Are Not Alone
Mental health belongs to everyone, but the skills and tools to maintain it aren't always distributed equally.

IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE HELP
If you are experiencing a crisis, please know you do not have to carry it by yourself. Help is available right now:
In the US: Dial or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
International: Find your local helpline right away by googling or asking a trusted person.
What to do right now
If you are feeling overwhelmed, spiraling, or in a mental health crisis, here is your immediate things to do:
Regulate your environment: If you can, step away from the screen. Find a physical anchor - hold a cold glass of water, step outside for a breath of air, or wrap yourself in a heavy blanket. Your nervous system needs to know it’s safe.
One small thing: Don't look at the whole mountain. Just focus on the next five minutes. Breathe in for four, hold for four, out for four.
We want to hear from you, and we want to support you—but we are not a 24/7 crisis center. We are a community of fellow travelers.
Take a breath. You're still here, and that matters.
