A note on names
A quick note on names: The Ties Foundation is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit — separate from The Ties Program, the heritage-travel organization it grew out of. The Foundation funds the return trips, therapy, and identity work; the Program runs them. Different organizations, one root story.
