Current Status
The Ties Foundation is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our first grant cycle opens early 2027. Our first full financial reports and grantmaking totals will be published after that cycle closes.

Form 990
The Ties Foundation was incorporated on April 2, 2026, and operates on a calendar fiscal year. Our first fiscal year is a short year (April–December 2026), so our first Form 990 will be due by May 15, 2027. Once filed, it will be posted here and will also be available through ProPublica’s Nonprofit Explorer.
External Verification
The Ties Foundation is a participant in the Google for Nonprofits program and is verified through TechSoup as an eligible nonprofit organization.
